I just received it but I am Happppppppy with it thanks
Vicki B.
Very quiet. Easy to use.
Sue M.
I was skeptical at first but it is very gentle and my puppies didn't mind it at all!
Carol M.
I have the same one before. This one is more powerful and does her nails faster. Happier puppy!

My 10yo Maltese Shih-Tzu has a great fear of her front feet being touched at all (long story due to recovering from back surgery and learning to re-walk), so this is working much better for her. Both she and my 8yo grumpy Maltese Chihuahua are coping with this much better than the Furminator. It's quieter, seems to cut more quickly, and doesn't have the grinding feel noted with sandpaper/grit based machines. I also like the two grinding positions (top and side) which give options for dealing with the little hidden claw. I don't read the fine print clearly when I purchased, so the charging facility via USB cable was a welcome surprise. Very pleased with the purchase and would buy again.
Robert B.
Built well and definitely quieter than other units I've used.

I have an older yorkie that HATES the groomer and does not like to have her paws played with. I have tried so many things and even other devices like this, but this one is much quieter and seems to be more powerful than the others. She does not mind (very much) when I use this. I only use it for a few seconds per nail but I do it often and she will sit still for the couple minutes it takes.

My little Yorkie just lay in my lap and let me trim his nails. Usually he is pulling his feet under him and trying to get away from me. The trimmer is very quiet. And does a really good job of filing the nail away quickly. I am very happy with this product and glad I bought extra heads for the trimmer so I don't run out.
Louise G.
My dog hates her nails done but allowed me to use this product on her with no fuss terrific I'm very happy
Virginia D.
Just got it today. But, I like the size and the low sound the grinder has.
Georgia .
I particularly like how quiet this nail tool is. It’s lightweight, easy to hold; unlike others I’ve tried.
Kathleen L.
I was impressed. My 18 year old dog, who had been taken to groomers or the Vet for forced nail trimming---wasn't! She does not tolerate brushing or foot touching. She did not mind my petting her head, shoulder, leg while she was reclining, but she won the battle when I tried to use the vibrating tool on her nails! She still has more teeth than I have hands. She goes to the Vet next week. But I like the product. Will lend the tool to my Grand daughter to use on her new puppy. Hope my Aussie dog is around a while, yet. Got her as a rescue 10 years ago. She's a good companion to this also aging senior.
Deborah S.
My dog doesn't mind us using this. It's so quiet she barely notices it. Thank you for a wonderful product!!
Joanne D.
Love this grinder! It’s quiet, and with the metal wheel you can actually see the nails being trimmed. Go easy on the pups though a little at a time over weeks.
Bree J.
I have a new born chihuahua and didn't feel confident with clippers so I ordered the trimmer and it is so easy to use.. I love it!!!
Kathleen B.
Just received it in the mail. Definitely quieter and much less vibration.
Janet W.
My dog does not try pulling her paw back. Its quiet and doesn't frighten her at all
I love it

I received the trimmer the other day and tried it on our dog today. She sat still as it is so low-toned, it didn't scare her. I only did a few nails as I had her nails beveled a couple of weeks ago, but saw that it works great. Glad I purchased it. Going to the groomer every 5 to 6 weeks to have her nails trimmed adds up at the end of the year. I am saving all that money plus no hassle to make an appointment.
Allison W.
Very pet and user friendly..highly recommended it
Dorothy B.
Easy to use and my dog is not frightened.
Andrew W.
Looks Ike it is well made. Reasonably quiet doesn't scare the dogs. So all in all very happy with it.

After trimming the dogs claws with cutters they are still sharp ,our little dogs climb all over us and the kids, the pawpal grinder leaves the nails rounded and not scratchy.Richard.
Cathy S.
My 2 small dogs don't mind it at all. It's quiet & I like the way I feel more at ease using it. It doesn't take too much off too fast. C. S
Shirley L.
It took a while to get him & myself used to the nail grinder, patience was the answer, now he doesn’t mind too terribly. Love the nice clean job it does, no more ragged edges, I love it, easy to use too.
Jane M.
It is easy to use and pleasantly quiet.
Lynne R.
it is the best nail trimmer I have ever owned my boy just sit & gets his nails trimmed without any trouble
Ben O.
Ozzy, our miniature Dachshund was scared to have his nails trimmed, the last couple of times to the vet was so stressed he had a seizure... I saw the advertisement about paw pal, followed suggestions, slowly introduced, it was so smooth and quiet did not startle or score him nearly as bad after a few tries over a couple weeks was able to trim all 4 paws yesterday.. Love it..
Tracy M.
I had a different nail trimmer but it was so loud it scared the dog. This one is sooo quiet and works just as fast as the loud one does. My dog still doesn't like getting a pedicure but now we don't have to hold her down she just lays there and lets me trim her nails. When I first turned it on I thought is it running? Then I thought it must have a higher speed and it doesn't and with this you only need the one speed because it works that perfectly. Buy one, I guarantee you won't be disappointed
Allyn S.
Dogs are more willing to stay still while trimming nails with this than any other clipper I have used. Easy clean trimmer head using a pencil eraser.
James T.
My furbabies are little more relaxed when we are doing nails
Judi S.
I purchased a PediPaws years ago for my other dogs..it was ok…this one gets the job done much more efficiently. My dog loves it too!
Marlene L.
Trimmer works great and is quiet. I can now trim all nails in one sitting instead of multiple sessions with the manual clippers.
Rayleen G.
My dog hates getting her nails done but when I do them now she lays over and goes to sleep while I trim.. I love the way its so easy to use and my dog is happy. Thank you for a great product.
Linda S.
Love this nail trimmer. Very quiet and easy to use.
Karen B.
Very quite. She let me do two nails and then pulled away. So I will try again another day. At Salon she would not let them near her with there grinder. I think because it was loud. This one is a little hum.
Angela
Best investment ever my dog lets me touch his paws when petting but bring out those clippers and he's gone!!!!! Not a chance of keeping him still. My vet said he would require a muzzle if I took him for nail clipping again.. So I thought, what have I got to loose. The trimmer took a bit of Trial and error. I tried different techniques and it wasn'tt long before I had worked it out ..Go gradual and file one nail at a time. Don’t try and cut too short at first. (It’s actually quite therapeutic for both of us.) Littl

I was so excited to got this product. It arrived on time and are very will made. So I have now trimmed all 3 of my fur babies nails. I have 2 Pits and a Chihuahua and these work wonderfully. Very quiet and easy to use.
Randy Misciski
My dog is very scared to get her nails cut, this made it 100 times easier to get then cut down and rounded . She lets me actually do it without pulling away. Product works just as described , very happy with my purchase
Elouise Windler
I love how quiet it is. Just used it on my dog and he does not seem bothered by it. Happy it came charged!
Evandro de Souza
both my dogs have black nails so the grinder is AMAZING!!!! I'm always terrified to cut the quick and this is sooooo much easier, LOVE LOVE LOVE
Jonathon
As many have noted, this is a very quiet nail grinder. I also like that it has different speed settings. Since everyone has different definition of what “quiet†mean, I have uploaded the video comparing the noise level of this nail grinder to the Conair professional nail grinder.

Awesome product. Very easy on the dog. It arrived 5 days after purchase.
Sanford Legros
It works really well on both my active pomeranians! A very handy tool. Me and my dogs love it so much! Thanks!
Jessica David
I am very happy with my purchase. Compact but small grinder, gets the job done no problem. It's as silent as they say! My dog is very comfortable with it.
Adrienne Clerc
Works wonderful on my golden retriever. The trimmer is very silent and she actually enjoys trimming her nails now. Great trimmer overall!
Blake Kozey
my dog approves ! :) it was hard to clip my dog's nails. I am way more comfortable with Pawpal's trimmer.
Jordan Pitsburg
Me and my little pup LOVE it, thanks!

Arrived very quickly and I am very impressed by how silent the motor is. Doesn't seem to startle my dogs at all and it is very easy to use. I can confidently recommend this product.

Works very well with my maltese. Got one for a friend and does and immaculate job on her pitbull she says!

I just purchased this trimmer. I li love them . I have 3 pit bulls. They do not like having their nail touched. After receiving these @ charging them I decided to give them a try. With trimmer & treats in hand I went to #1 he did great. Tomorrow I’ll try with another one . I’m loving these .

It's virtually impossible to clip my wire foxie's nails without giving her massive amounts of treats or risking my digits. Then after the clipping, her sharp nails will scratch furniture, snag my clothes . . . what a struggle! So decided to try and grind her nails. We got her used to the implement by letting her smell it, etc. and having it in proximity to her without turning it on for a week or two. When we actually used it, it was pretty quite (to the humans anyway) and she seemed to tolerate it well - managed to grind a bit of all four paws before she'd had enough. Would recommend but as with anything, the dog has to get used to it. Not sure how well it would work larger dogs, but we're happy.
Ben
My dog hates to get his toenails cut. Sometimes I put it off just because of the fact that I struggle so much just to cut his nails. He's not too fond on holding your feet down well you try to cut his nails. this has made it a little bit easier for him even though he still hates it but it's important to keep your dog's nails short due to injuries of feet. I have high energy miniature pinschers and if their nails get too long they start hurting their feet and limping. Take care of your dogs. This definitely made it easier. I've had a couple other different brands in the past and I just never seem to hold up or the battery just sucks It's nice that this just plugs in through a USB and recharges. Simple to use easy to use I would recommend it.You don't have to worry about cutting your dog's nails too short with a cutter even though a cutter is definitely a better way to go I'm getting the job done quick. This has variable speed which actually grinds the nail down quite quickly.

I have three dogs (Whippets), two hate having their nails trimmed. I do this every two weeks and it's been a struggle. I did buy a Dremel tool which worked a bit better than clippers but one dog was always in a panic with the noise and the sandpaper round attachment used. I decided to try the PawPal Dog Nail Grinder and it is so much easier and effective, quiet and better for this task. Plus I don't have to replace the sandpaper thingie on the Dremel every time which will save a bit of money and the hassle of doing it every two weeks. The unit holds a charge far longer than that cordless Dremel, and I think the Diamond Grinder Head is far superior. This is just a major game changer for us having to deal with this task, and you can't beat the price. Seems well made, but I love that it is light, variable speed and doesn't make very much noise compared to the Dremel.

We just got this this week but absolutely love it already! We were excited to try it out since our groomers prices skyrocketed to $15 per dog. With 3 dogs we were spending more than this grinder cost from the start. This grinder is so quiet compared the the dremel that our groomer used on our dogs. 100% recommend! Our dogs did not mind it except the one that always has to be held down but that’s just because he’s a big baby. So thrilled for this product and my parents are now getting one for their dog too!

I work for a professional groomer and we use dremels to grind the dog's nails. I was getting frustrated because the dremels are too loud and way too aggressive for most dogs, even though they do work.
We see about 20 dogs per day of all different sizes, from chihuahuas to shepherds and 100 plus pound corsos.
I got this product and immediately used it at my job the next day,
And I must say it works great! Even for the strongest and thickest nails like Labs.
It is so quiet that the power is deceiving. I kept thinking it wasn't on because I couldn't hear it even though the nails were being ground easily, and even smoother than the dremel.
It also lasted for an entire 9 hour shift without needing a recharge, which was awesome because we are constantly having to plug the dremels in to the wall multiple times a day.
I only have a couple of complaints and they are minor....
The dremel tool tapers to a metal shaft towards the top just past the handle and that allows the top of the tool to be thinner and more maneuverable, whereas this tool stays thick all the way to the grinding bit so it is chunkier and a little more awkward, especially for the inside toes.
In this same regard, I wish this grinding bit itself was a bit slimmer so it can be maneuvered more easily on the inside toes
But honestly it still works well.
It does make up for this in some ways though by the fact that the top of the grinding bit is a dome and still has grit on it so you can use the top of the bit to grind also.
This is a big advantage over most dremel bits that are open at the top to accommodate the screw that holds the bit in.
Overall, this tool met and exceeded my expectations.
It is quiet, and powerful enough for even the thickest dog nails. Plus, the battery life is great!

I wanted to wait a bit until writing this review since I wasn't sure if our dog would be okay with using this to trim his nails. I took the suggestion of doing one paw per day so that he gets used to it and I was able to do all 4 of his paws over 4 days.
I found that if applying too much pressure, the grinder doesn't seem to work that well and even stops. However, if you apply a light pressure while being firm enough on the nail, the grinder works really well. I really like the top and side areas for different angle options of using this.
The only drawbacks I can think of is the smell as others have mentioned, almost smells like burnt hair as the nail grinds away and that the battery is fully enclosed so it's not easily replaceable. Overall though, using this is easier and safer than a rotary tool or something similar since it the grinder part is covered up on spots.
I also used this on my small parrot's beak and nails. I was previously using a rotary tool, but this one seems to work safer and faster.
I definitely feel safer using this to grind away small amounts of nail than clipping and causing an accident.

Product to be used on a sugar glider, with super sharp - but tiny - claws. Needed something quiet, easy to hold. It is super quiet - even at higher RPM - and is easy to hold but is decidedly under powered at low speeds. It slows measurably on it's lower settings and but good at higher settings - on such tiny nails even. Just need to use it at higher speeds, it's still very quiet. It charges quickly. For a little more money, an LED would have been nice. Overall a good item.

My almost 16 mo old Dachshund/Yorkie mix, Mini Pearl, was terrified of getting her nails clipped at the vet. She wouldn’t even let me touch her feet, so, I was determined not to let them hurt my baby again! I started searching for alternatives and came across this grinder with 1,000s of positive reviews so, I decided to order it. Free returns so, what did I have to lose. It came yesterday and my baby is already letting me touch her with it, ever so lightly touch a nail or 2 and you can see by the video, she isn’t scared of it. I believe with lots of love and a pocket of treats she will let me grind her nails soon. It is SO quiet and easy to hold and I can adjust the speed with just my thumb. It starts slow and you can increase the speed without having to stop and turn a dial. Oh, and the warranty is awesome too!! Highly recommend!!

My dog is a spastic ball of pure anxiety! Poor guy is always in fear of me approaching him because he requires frequent ear cleanings due to being prone to infections. So I was anxious myself about clipping his nails. But due to the low level of noise from the machine I was able to trick him into not Feeling like he’s under threat.

Great price and easy to use. Our dog hates getting her nails clipped and fights me the whole time, so I thought I would give this a try, because I am so worried about hurting her or cutting to far. She was really afraid of it at first, so I had to start out slow and praise and give treats after. She is getting used to it, and it works great.

My dogs hate getting their nails clipped or grinders. I love the fact that this came with both for a fabulous price!! My dobermans fave me no problems with the clipping. The grinding was a bit of a surprise for them, but the grinder is so quiet it didn’t bother them. I think the initial vibration, which I light, got them at first.

Honestly, This is nail trim set is by far the best way I have found to maintain my dogs nails at home. The clippers are strong and sharp with a good grip to make trimming the sharp ends pretty easy. But the best part is the nail grinder. I turned it on and sat it on the couch while my pups were lying around, relaxing so they could acclimate to the sound. When I put the grinder to their nails they were unalarmed. The grinder works very well, is incredibly powerful for a handheld device, and it made easy work of filing down my dogs nails. I would recommend this set to anyone who wants to maintain their dogs nails at home, and skip paying the vet to trim your dogs nails.

This Pet Nail Grinder works very well on our big Golden Retrievers overgrown nails. This was a great purchase and saved a overpriced trip to the vet/groomer. I recommend.
