Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping. Tracking is available for all locations. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

Where do you ship from?

We have several warehouses around the world, including the USA, South East Asia and Australia. Orders are typically shipped from the warehouse nearest to you. For example, USA orders are shipped from our Kentucky warehouse.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times (excluding potential delays due to COVID-19)

USA: 4 - 10 business days 

Canada: 5 - 8 business days

Australia : 4 - 8 business days

Europe: 7 - 12 business days

Latin America: 30+ business Days

Note: The times listed above are the current average shipping times. If a size or color is unavailable at a warehouse closest to your location, we may ship your order from a more distant warehouse, which may increase the typical shipping times.

Processing Times

We aim to process orders within 2 business days of your order. We do not work or ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number (if available).

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by the carrier or by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Items Lost in Mail

In rare cases, items can be lost in mail. An item will be considered lost if 15 business days have passed with no updates to tracking, or if the mail carrier confirms the loss of the item. In this case, we can re-send the item or offer you a refund. 

Items Lost of Stolen Following Successful Delivery

In cases where a package has been successfully delivered but is subsequently lost or stolen (ex. by "porch pirates"), PawPal cannot be held responsible. Any refunds or replacements will be at our sole discretion. We advise that a police report be filed in these scenarios.
